PROSCAN 4:

Model 25500 is a CCU / ITU bed with four section, shown here in a 'Fowler' position at a low height. Open mesh design of mattress platform increases ventilation.

COMMON FEATURES PROSCAN 4 AND 2:

1.Radio-translucent areas compatible with most modern 'C' -arm image intensifiers, providing X-ray photography from head to umbilicus.
2.Height adjustment by reliable mechanical operation, with foot pedals on both sides of the bed, or handset-operated linear electric motor.
3.Two-way tilt available instantly, with any angle secured by a failsafe friction lock, and a special stop lever to hold the horizontal.
4.Foot-operated bow brake locks three castors and provides easy steering facility for one person pushing at head end.
5.12.5cm diameter castors, with anti-static tyres.
6.A full set of practical accessories includes safety sides, lifting poles, transfusion poles and hinged mattress illustrated in a separate brochures.
7.Optional X-ray cassette (for conventional X-ray) can be fitted under the backrest.
