Sliding Mattress platform
The radiotranslucent sliding mattress platform allows up to. 190mm travel both headwards and footwards to achieve full body length imaging. The electronic handset. control allows precise movements in small units, helping position the patient during imaging.
Lateral tilt
ProScan Image achieves up to 250 lateral tilt in both directions for
easy postural therapy and patient management. (The photograph above shows
the optional Huntleigh Healthcare Nimbus II pressure relief mattress)
Trendelenberg tilt
Trendelenberg and reverse Trendelenberg tilt of 150 is easily achieved
to assist with management of clinical conditions.
Cardiac chair
The combined use of the backrest, knee break and calf section elevation,
plus foot down tilt creates a cardiac chair, for cardiopulmonary
management.The angle between backrest and knee break is constantly monitored
by microprocessors and automatically adjusts to ensure a minimum of75° at
all times, maximising patient comfort andsafety.
Variable height adjustment
Variable height adjustment of 400mm, ranging from 600mm to 1000mm, provides clear space beneath the platform for image intensification equipment and comfortable working height for nursing procedures to be undertaken.
Emergency CPR
Individual 'fast-drop' levers for the backrest and knee break enables cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) to be performed quickly in an emergency.
