Applications Ross Easyslide has two main purposes:
Positioning NB All wheels on beds, shower trolleys etc. should be locked to prevent the two surfaces from sliding apart while using the Ross Easyslide. Turn the patient onto one side and insert the sliding mat underneath so that s/he is lying half on it. Before commencing the transfer, tilt the patient slightly so that the full weight of the body is pressing against the mat. It is helpful if you can place the Ross Easyslide under a sheet or a draw sheet, enabling a firm grip and gentle handling. |

Advantages
Ross Easyslide is large enough to provide coverage from head to toe. The new and unique ULF (Ultra Low Friction) material on the inside of the sliding mat makes it easy to move even a heavy patient on a damp or rough surface.
